Batch Code

Find Your Result In 30 Seconds

1
Check your label. Every product and shipping document carries a batch code printed as “LOT” followed by letters and numbers.
2
Match the product. Use the list below to open your product page, where the published certificates of analysis are listed.
3
Confirm the COA. Verify your batch code appears on a published result. That is your proof of what is actually in the product.

Every jar, pack and device we ship has a matching certificate of analysis on this site. If your batch isn't listed, we haven't shipped it — and if something looks off, support will locate the report or replace the product.

Why It Matters

Why Third-Party Testing

Any brand can print a number on a label. Independent testing means a laboratory with no financial stake in the result measures what's actually in your product. If a batch fails any limit, it is not released — no exceptions.
